About Fermento Vegano

Fermento vegano was born in 2018 out of love for healthy, rich and eco-friendly raw vegan cuisine. Ingrid makes vegan cheeses based on fermented cashews, adding organic and quality ingredients to create products with unique flavors. All cheeses are wrapped in vegetable paper, FSC certified and can also be recycled as organic. We don't use plastic and the products stay alive with their charge of probiotics. They are living products that continue to develop, heal over time, with a fine texture. All products are creulty free, lactose-free, cholesterol-free and gluten-free.Read their story
