About Black's Hot Sauce

Black's is a culinary endeavor by the minds at Barnaby Black. Years in the making, years growing chili pepper varieties from around the world and years creating hot sauce recipes using locally grown, produce and ingredients. Our goal is to create, unique concoctions that are packed with flavor and fun ingredients, to put the pepper flavor first and not so much the heat (although we do love a good face melter). We grow a lot of our own peppers and support local farms to grow what we can't. We love food, we love growing stuff and we love a good flavor punch in the mouth!!!Read their story
