My shop's story began in December of 2021. I found myself searching for a creative outlet. I envied those who found joy in knitting or painting. Being a new mom, I wanted something to call my own and could easily do at home during my child's nap time. I also knew keeping my hands occupied would help smooth my mind. I purchased a DIY beading kit a few days after Christmas. My first bracelet was made using white turquoise and spelled the word PEACE. Next, I began making bracelets for my coworkers and friends. Before I knew it, I had more bracelets than I could realistically wear. In January of 2022, I hesitantly posted my first bracelets for sale on Instagram (@shopkodesigns). The rest is history as they say!
