In 2019, we founded our company with the aim of offering plastic-free and resource-saving solutions for bathrooms and kitchens that are environmentally friendly and at the same time practical and easy to use. As working parents of two children, we know how difficult it can be to make your life more sustainable despite busy schedules. Our soap powders make this easier because they combine the sustainability of bar soap with the benefits of liquid soap: no clogged drains, no dull sinks and no soap residue under the rings — all without plastic and the unnecessary transport of water. Although most people are aware that plastic waste is a serious problem for the environment, we are producing more single-use plastic than ever before. When it comes to food, a rethink has already begun and much is now packaged in paper or biodegradable films. Unfortunately, things look completely different in our bathrooms. Most cosmetic packaging is made of plastic and even the personal care products themselves often contain plastic. We want to change that and have set out to develop plastic-free and resource-saving alternatives to conventional cosmetic products. Our solution is actually very simple: We leave out the water and what remains is a powder that contains everything that the soap or shampoo needs - just no water. Read their story
