About Camber Coffee

We started roasting coffees we love for a handful of friends in 2015. Our intention has always been to source coffees with exceptional sweetness, complexity, and balance. Despite the recognition we've received, we remain aware that we’re only as good as our last batch, which is why we cup every single roast before it goes out to our customers. In 2017, we took a big step forward, when we brought on some of the most creative, hardworking baristas in the land and opened our flagship cafe. The next year, our space was named Best Café in Washington State by Food & Wine Magazine. We partner with some of the mostly highly regarded cafes and restaurants in the country, including Konbi, Coyle’s Bakeshop, and Milstead & Co, to name a few. We’re constantly learning and we strive to remain open to new sources of inspiration. Above all else, we value generosity, creativity, and the relationships we’ve fostered with our farming partners.
