Hi! I am Jessica Dougherty, owner and potter of Mother Potter. I have been creating with clay for about 15 years. As a plant owner and gardener, I am often inspired by botanics when making my pottery. I also obsess with detail work and love making miniatures. I mainly work with cone 6 clay and fire in my electric kiln, but I also part of a woodfire community and woodfire pottery a few times each year.
