We are a family owned candle factory selling Norwegian handmade candles from beeswax. We get our beeswax from our own bees, wich we have quite a few of. And we only make candles from beeswax because of nature and healt. Because beeswax has a higher melting point than other waxes, it emits the brightest, most warm-toned flame. Beeswax candles also last longer than most other candles. Because they don't soot, many people with asthma and allergies prefer beeswax candles. We often say that beeswax candles are the very best candles ever! Going back in history, beeswax was the preferred candle type by royalty, nobility and the church because of its pleasant aroma and beautiful light. Argument could be made that it is still the preferred candle type, at least for those with information to base their decision. The good news is that beeswax candles are no longer out of reach for most consumers. Beeswax candles are the cleanest, brightest, and longest burning. All candles made from us are 100% pure beeswax. Beeswax candles do not require chemical processing. Beeswax is one of the densest waxes and has a high melting point. This means that beeswax doesn’t need any hardeners, additives, or chemical treatments to make a quality product. Our candle making process is simple and environmentally friendly. First, we source beeswax straight from the hive. We never add any artificial scents or coloring to our candles because beeswax doesn’t need it.Read their story
