Flipping through her family's recipe book, she found a skin cream recipe from her great, great Grandmother from Sicily. She was hoping to find something to heal his psoriasis. After two years of tinkering with ingredients, they found the benefits of cold-pressed hemp seeds to be unmatched by any other carrier oil. They started using mineral water from a hot spring known to have the second-highest mineral contact in the world. He started to see his psoriasis disappear. They quit their day jobs and started going to farmer's markets. The next year, hospitals were replacing their steroid creams with their organic + natural cream. Fast forward 10 years later, they have been featured in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, People, Allure, Rolling Stones, Refinery29, US Weekly, and countless other national magazines and blogs. Hello there! We are Maranda + Michael, Founders of The Good Stuff Botanicals. We live in NW Montana, a stone's throw from Glacier National Park. When we're not in the shop, you can find us in the mountains wildcrafting (sustainably + thoughtfully gathering medicinal herbs, flowers, buds, roots, and sap) for our skincare with our 2 sons. All of our products are made with certified organic ingredients or they are wildcrafted by us.
