It all started with Charles Kloboukoff, the founder and CEO of the Léa Nature Company. When Charles started to create a company in natural and organic industry, people wrote him off as a dreamer, but he never gave up. He created SO’BiO étic® to chart a new path to a better, more sustainable future. His mission was simple: to create cosmetics for healthier people and a healthier planet, that are affordable for everyone. Utopist or not, he succeeded, and together we continue to fulfill that mission each and every day. Today, Charles oversees more than 1,200 employees and 15-plus certified natural and organic brands, including SO’BiO étic®. Every aspect of our operations has been conceived to be kinder to the planet.
