I'm Ingrid, co-founder of Santulana, and I want to share with you what brought us here. It all started as an idea, which came up while I was studying naturopathy in Barcelona, in 2008. I signed up for a workshop to make natural soaps, and I remember when the teacher asked, “Are you going to sell your soaps?” I thought, “Why not?” I started training, to learn how to make natural cosmetics professionally, and to have my first stops at markets and fairs. BUT THE TRUE BIRTH OF SANTULANA CAME ALONG WITH OUR FIRST CHILD, WHEN AS A FAMILY WE DECIDED THAT THIS PROJECT WOULD ALSO BE OUR WAY AND WAY OF LIFE. So we decided to dedicate ourselves both fully to Santulana, in order to do what we really like: making natural cosmetics of high purity. A professional cosmetics that respects nature, skin and being. Today we are extremely fortunate to work with an in-house team of technical professionals with whom we share a philosophy of work and life.
