This initiative is formed by two partners who have created a company that manufactures fruit and herb liqueurs made naturally and artisanally. It all begins with the father of one of these two partners, Martí, who made a thyme liqueur every year that was very good. Then the son started making it, and also began making liqueurs with other herbs and fruits, experiences shared by the two partners of the project. After a few years, 2020 arrives, and perhaps with too many hours at home with nothing good to do, we decided to commercialize the liqueurs that until now we made only for ourselves. This is where the company Xarrup 6.5 SCP was born. The procedures for this project to come to light lasted until May 2021, but we finally have all the necessary permits to manufacture and sell our liqueurs. The production of liqueurs is carried out through the maceration system, macerating a neutral alcohol of agricultural origin with fruits, herbs, spices, and roots for a few weeks and then adding syrup, in the same way Martí did.Read their story
