About Moon Nectar Apothecary
Moon Nectar Apothecary was first created in Los Angeles, CA in 2015 from a deep passion I had for tarot, astrology, crystals, and color healing. I dreamed of creating natural products exempt from harsh chemicals and perfumes, and the energetic component to healing and connecting to the ingredients. Nectar by definition is a sugary fluid secreted by plants, especially within flowers to encourage pollination by insects and other animals. The moon effects plants and how they grow. For example, during the full moon, it is a favorable time to plant root crops because of the amount of light and the strong gravitational pull, whereas a fourth quarter moon is waning and transitioning into a new moon, so there is a weak gravitational pull and it is a good time for pruning, cultivating and harvesting. It is all part of the cycle of these plants that I use in my product, and it is all connected. Every product has a story all its own, relating to its energetic emphasis and ability to open within us the magic we already innately contain but may have been disconnected from or in need of rebalancing. The future is frequency and how we learn to align with it instead of against it.
