I’m Sofia Ungarino, recent graduate of Baylor University, and the artist behind Paper Gems Co. Born and raised in New Orleans, I grew up immersed in a culture that loves to celebrate, and that carries a deep appreciation for handmade art (…and whiskey). Profoundly influenced by my background, I firmly believe that art is a love language in itself. I created Paper Gems Co. as a means of adding a more personal and sentimental touch to gift-giving. Each of our cards is carefully brush-painted with watercolor paint, and printed on high-quality linen paper with a professional fine arts printer. All of our products are designed with a sense of personality and sentiment. May these ‘paper gems’ act as a reminder of the good times & intimate moments that we’ve shared!
