About LaGRE

LaGre was born from my long passion for wine and from my love for this land that is home. I chose to work with native varieties, arriving at the wine so that the bunch is recognized, no blend, every plant in its bottle. At my side are the skills and intuition of Nicola Biasi and his deep knowledge of life in the cellar. Two objectives: to elegantly tell the aromas, flavor and character of native vines, as they are expressed in the extraordinary lands of the Eastern Hills, and do it with wines that are pleasant to drink, created for conviviality, which they tell but without evolutions that are sometimes difficult to understand. Opening a LaGre bottle must be a pleasure for everyone, immediate, without too many technicalities: opening, pouring, smiling, sure to bring a well-made product to the table. Because wine is life, it is roots, it is history. And LaGre wants to tell it in its entirety, with a fresh and dynamic look, consciously anchored to the truest expression of the land of Friuli.
