About The Flower Apothecary
Upon the birth of my third baby I felt this overwhelming feeling I needed to reinvent myself. I was a psychologist by profession but I knew I was meant to do something different. At that time, my older two children had been exhibiting fears ie fear of the dark, fear of spiders, fear of dogs. They were normal childhood fears but I didn't want them to suffer. Somebody said to me: "Why don't you talk to your pediatrician about this?" I knew if I talked to my pediatrician about this, she may suggest medication which I didn't feel was the appropriate next step . Being a fan of homeopathy, I knew I could address emotions naturally. After some experimenting with flower essences (which are NOT essential oils), I formulated the brand's first product called FEARLESS. Four drops of this remedy 4 times a day for about 1 month and my children's fears were GONE! It felt like I had a magic wand! I knew I was on to something. And I wanted everyone to have access to this same powerful healing tool I did. I wondered why the use of flower essences wasn't more widespread. I realized because they had too big of a learning curve and it was too expensive to buy several bottles of them and start mixing them up at home. So I decided to take that learning curve out to make their benefits more easily accessible to people and to make them more cost effective. And that was was what led to the birth of The Flower Apothecary. To this day, Fearless remains one of our best sellers.

We love this product as it compliments our other treatments but in a gentle, homeopathic way. The light sweet taste works better for people who can't tolerate the herbal tinctures or want something that works more gently. Nadia, the owner, was so incredibly helpful and attentive, we couldn't be happier with the customer support. This is a great brand, if your thinking of bringing it in do so today!

We absolutely adore this product and love teaching our customers about it. Although we carry herbal tinctures, there are times when people need something more subtle and soothing and this product fits the pill perfectly. Plus, it tastes much better (slightly sweet from the vegetable glycerin) and easier to get children to take as well. A wonderful addition to your store and to for your customers.
