Waymaker Essentials began with a prayer. In early 2025, while preparing for a mission trip to Barcelona, Spain, I prayed, “Lord, if this is where You want me, You will make a way.” During that season, God placed a simple idea on my heart: to share the tallow balm and lip balm I had been making for my family. With my husband’s encouragement, I began making small batches, thinking I was simply raising funds for one mission trip. God was starting something much bigger. What began in our kitchen as a small step of obedience became Waymaker Essentials — a business built on faith and sustained by God’s provision. The name “Waymaker” reflects both how this journey began and the God we serve: the One who faithfully makes a way. As a nurse, wife, and mom, I’ve become passionate about living intentionally and being good stewards of the bodies and home God has entrusted to us. My husband and I began simplifying what we used in our home and seeking products with ingredients we could trust. That journey led me to tallow — a simple, nourishing ingredient beautifully aligned with God’s design. Today, Waymaker Essentials exists for more than skincare. We are committed to glorifying God and supporting the spread of the Gospel by giving 10% of every purchase to missions and gospel-centered ministries. Every product is made with gratitude for what God has done. My prayer is that Waymaker Essentials would always be more than skincare — a testimony to His faithfulness.Read their story
