I love the products! The labels on the hair products were not professionally applied. This has a lot to do with the visual of making a sale. The lovely bud soap i received has two colors instead of the tri colored bars shown on the for display. I am mentioning this only because I want my customers to feel that I am selling what it states (Cbd infused) that dark green layer missing from the bar soap can feel misleading. Bubble wrap for the soap boxes would also help prevent them from arriving damaged. These things do make a difference from a retailer’s sales stand point. The shampoo is also in a clear bottle and not the beautiful packaged bottle seen on the site. The honey butter does smell delicious. I will continue to support this black owned business and hope that these minor but important issues can be addressed.
