At Rusty’s, we hand-slice real potatoes, kettle-fry them in small batches, and season them simply—with just the essentials. No fluff. No shortcuts. Just bold, honest flavor. Our best-selling potato chips come in three crave-worthy varieties: Sea Salt, Chili Lime, and Black Pepper. Recently, we partnered with Bacon Up to create our newest obsession—a rich, smoky bacon potato chip fried in real bacon grease and finished with a touch of sea salt. Whether it's the pure crunch of our classics or the indulgent twist of our bacon chips, every bite is handmade with care, tradition, and a dash of SoCal soul.
