Heirzoom Bakery offers authentic ethnic baked goods the way they were meant to be. Diane Holtaway, founder and owner, has always had a passion for artisan baking. It ran in the family. Each and every family celebration Aunt Betty would mix, roll, fill, and bake dozens and dozens of her scrumptious buttery, jam-filled Hungarian pastries. To preserve this treasured family tradition, one day Diane joined Aunt Betty in her kitchen and the rest is history! Fennome, (inspired by finom - Hungarian for fine, delicious, elegant) Hungarian pastries are swirls of buttery pastry and luscious fruit jams – apricot, raspberry and strawberry, topped with a dusting of crunchy demerara sugar. Always hand-crafted the old-fashioned way - No artificial ingredients, colors, flavors or preservatives of any kind. Diane’s labor of love takes one back to a place almost forgotten.
