About Saint Rosalia

This is olive oil, the way it should be. Small-batch, cold pressed and grown with respect for the land. Fresh from the latest harvest by Pavlos, our producer in the Greek Peloponnese.   Expect a well rounded, buttery, slightly grassy olive oil that packs a punch of polyphenols to give it a hint of pepperiness.   It’s packaged in a 750ml wine bottle! Feels weighty and important… and the pour is perfect (zero drips!)! Saint Rosalia is run by Henry and Giulia, since 2020. We find great olive oil from small-scale farms across the Mediterranean, who otherwise wouldn’t sell outside their local province. Always working directly with the farmers, we import it and bottle it, giving the farmers a new market in the UK!Read their story
