An item I ordered sold out during the Winter Faire. I was in the order queue, but Stephanie's supply was gone. Oh, no! She contacted me via the Faire website immediately. Being a Faire newbie, I wasn't looking at my Faire "in-box." When I did not respond, Stephanie called and left a personal voicemail explaining the situation and offered to replace the product I ordered with another product she had onhand. She explained the differences, and, in the end, I ended up with a better selection.
