About Lily Blakely
Hello! My name is Lily Blakely and I am a freelance illustrator and comic artist based in Norwich, UK. I start my drawing process traditionally using a brush and ink, before scanning and colouring digitally, although I prefer to work fully by hand with watercolour or gouache. I have been creating Risograph prints since 2017 and it's a print medium that I really enjoy and can have fun with. The bright, vibrant colours bring my surreal landscapes alive in a way that no other print method does.
