Un Péché Mignon After running a boutique in the heart of the French Quarter, New Orleans, for over 25 years, I started making vintage plates with unexpected—and unapologetic—twists: classic china, sweet florals… and a well-placed swear word. What began as a quirky side project for my shop quickly became a customer favorite. When I had my daughter, I shifted gears to focus full-time on creating these one-of-a-kind pieces under the name Un Péché Mignon—French for "a guilty pleasure." It felt right. Every plate is hand-sourced, hand-finished, and completely unique—no two are alike. They’re elegant, irreverent, and just the right amount of wrong.
