Nereia is an eco-luxe candle and fragrance company rooted in Maui, Hawaii. Each candle is hand-poured with love and intention in our Haiku studio. Inspired by the Nereids—sea goddesses of Greek mythology—and the meaning “lamp of God,” the name Nereia embodies our deep connection to the ocean and nature, reflecting both Maui's divine light and natural beauty. We use only the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients, including clean-burning coconut apricot wax and toxin-free, eco-conscious fragrances. Free from harmful chemicals like formaldehyde, phthalates, and parabens, and paired with biodegradable, lead and zinc-free wicks, Nereia candles offer a long-lasting, soot-free burn that fills your space with calming, natural aromas. Each candle embodies our commitment to purity, sustainability, and the spirit of the islands, designed to elevate your space with both beauty and mindfulness.
