After over 10 years of running her own Beauty PR Agency, Kirsten was a self-proclaimed beauty junkie. She tried everything, but still had dry lips. On a long-haul flight lamenting her dry lips, Kirsten remembered how growing up on her grandparents’ farm, she had only used lanolin and it had always worked. In fact, Kirsten Carriol’s fondest childhood memory is how her grandfather’s calloused hands magically become soft after a day of shearing sheep’s wool on the family farm. Her father, a molecular scientist explained to Kirsten that wool contains lanolin, which is the only ingredient in nature that mimics the hydrating oils of human skin – “Nature’s Wonder Moisturizer.” Kirsten knew that when it comes to moisturizing skin, you can’t improve on lanolin. So, she created Lanolips, a lanolin-based skincare line, using the highest quality lanolin sourced (cruelty-free) from Australian farmers and their sheep - as the most natural answer to dry skin.
