About Confit & Do

Combining the flavors of Mauritius, where it comes from, with those of Provence, is the gourmet idea of Confit & Do. In our workshop near the Luberon, we concoct original aromatic jams to accompany your favorite dishes. Whether they are thyme, verbena, ginger or chili, candies are handmade and composed of plants, spices and ingredients that are 100% natural and vegan. Sugars flavored with lavender or poppy, fruit coulis will also brighten up the preparations and surprise the taste buds. Our salts infused with olives, citrus fruits, and aromatic herbs to finish dishes will give subtle flavors.Read their story
