Placed 4 orders with Plant Apothecary b/w 11/1/23-3/24/24. The first order, received some damaged merch on 11/6, but did not receive the replacement until 12/6. Another order, I message twice via FAIRE messenger on status without any response. On 3/24 placed an order. On 4/13, I messaged regarding order, my order showed ship on 4/3. Messaged 2 more times. No response to any message. Got FAIRE support involved twice, with no luck. Cxl'd order 4/25. And to this day to response from Plant.
