About Duck Duck Books

A duckling learns to walk on the land and swim through the water by being immersed in both from birth. Duck Duck Books is here to make early learning personal and memorable, the way it’s supposed to be. Ages 0-5 are the most important developmental stage—Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)—and the best time to introduce bilingual and EQ learning. At Duck Duck Books, we make premium English and bilingual board books with multicultural values, to help inspire a diverse worldview early. Duck Duck Books is created by a minority mama, Serena Y. Li, after surviving postpartum depression. Launched in August 2021, each eco-conscious book and accessory is 100% made with love by writers and designers of color, so we can do our part to lift up unique voices, support our BIPOC communities, and leave the planet better than we found it for our young readers.
