About Mama Street Company

In my experience as a first-time mom, I realized what a stressful world it is for mamas. We’re supposed to be hard working and independent, breaking those glass ceilings. But as moms, we’re supposed to be present at home and involved in every aspect of our family’s lives. We should work long hours, but our kids should eat healthy, rounded meals. We should put our family first in every decision, but still be available to work nights and weekends. The contradictions are endless! I want to help all mamas to feel confident in their daily lives, their mom-decisions and use humor to break the chains of what our society sticks their noses up at, even when it is perfectly normal to do or feel these things! Thus, the Mama Street Company brand was born. My message to other mothers out there is this: YOU were given these children. YOU. No one else. You were given your children because you are who they need. You have the heart to love them on their hard days. You have the smile they crave and the touch to make everything okay again.
