Bryan Perla, Founder and CEO of Little ELF, has been inventing since he was a kid. Diagnosed with severe dyslexia in second grade, he learned to embrace big-picture thinking and problem-solving—skills that fueled his passion for innovation. In high school, Bryan designed a tool to make wrapping gifts easier after watching friends and family struggle with scissors. That idea became Little ELF, a patented gift wrap cutter that is Easy, Lightweight, and Fast. After two years of development, Bryan launched Little ELF on Kickstarter in 2018, raising over $130,000—700% of his goal. In 2019, he pitched on Shark Tank and landed a deal with Lori Greiner. Today, Little ELF is a best-seller on Amazon and sold at major retailers including Walmart, Target, and CVS. While studying Product Design at Stanford, Bryan grew the company from his dormroom.
