HYCH stands for Heat You Can Handle and is pronounced "hitch." We craft high quality hot sauces for home chefs. Our mission is to create unforgettable sauces with international flavors, gourmet recipes and perfect heat. We launched our small-batch hot sauce company in our home kitchen in Salem, OR, in 2016. Why? Because we were tired of bringing home hot sauces that were too hot to cook with and enjoy. HYCH delivers all the bold, delicious, addictive flavor you're looking for with Heat You Can Handle (meaning we'll never burn your face off, leave your lips burning for hours, or ruin your favorite meal!)
