The Ciccì Coccò label is a small family business in which four generations work together. In our collection for the little ones, we have reinterpreted the traditional Sarner from South Tyrol: Our mini sarner is the perfect companion right from the start and a true all-rounder. The proven Sarner, or more precisely the “Sarner Jangger”, is named after the Sarntal valley in South Tyrol and has been part of Sarner costume for generations. Once it was only worn by mountain farmers in the Dolomites, it is now enjoying increasing popularity — far beyond the borders of its South Tyrolean homeland. Inspired by the original Sarner from South Tyrol, we at Ciccicoccowant to combine the proven properties of the sheep's wool jacket in our collection with the benefits of cuddly soft wool. The processing of pure merino wool makes our mini sarner gentle on baby's skin — and this is the decisive difference: If the traditional sarner is made from rough, slightly scratchy wool and is mostly intended for adults only, the new mini model impresses with the finest merino quality.Read their story
