The mission of UnbelievaBread is simple: to provide nutrient-dense, low carb, high protein bread that tastes better than regular bread so that you can actually feel good about eating it. It's the culmination of 7 years spent perfecting amazing low carb, high protein bread-making that began back in his home city of Charlotte, NC. Throughout this journey, Jerrod continued his search for not only making healthy bread but a healthy bread that tastes better than regular bread. Through innovation and going above and beyond to find delicious ingredients we were able to perfect the UnbelievaBuns recipe. Our buns pack 17 grams of muscle building protein, only 1.8 net carbs and just 119 calories.
