With deep admiration for the generational knowledge of craft and our relationship with materials, Dixy, a Salvadoran-Canadian created this brand honoring her roots and where good design meets purpose. We proudly work with artisans in El Salvador to craft quality textiles, home goods & personal accessories for inspired living. We are passionate about responsible design: social impact, sustainability & cultural heritage. In sharing stories that bring joy & connection we uplift the hands and humans that bring our products to life. We have built fair business relationships with social enterprises, artisan collectives and family-run, small batch workshops supporting economic development in at-risk communities and ensuring suppliers get paid on time. What makes us eco-friendly? -Our designs are timeless and high quality craftsmanship made to last. -Weaving materials are sourced from deadstock, overstock and recycled cotton of local textile factories. -Items are designed to be woven to size making them zero waste -All our textiles are hand woven on artisan looms, no electricity is used to weave or prepare bobbins and the workshop space uses 80% natural light! -We encourage a pre-order model, we want to produce only what is needed. -Use of natural dyes -Ecofriendly packaging using compostable mailers -Coconut Shell Jewelry Read their story
