Not just how to make coffee, but where it comes from and what shapes its flavor. I traveled to origin, studied green beans, learned to roast, and tested every variable, from flavor profiles to grind size to water. It wasn’t about perfection. It was about paying attention. Kefi is for travelers, creatives, caregivers, and anyone who finds joy in small, intentional moments. Our first roast, Noir, was inspired by her mom’s favorite kind of cup: smooth, low in acidity, and rich with that classic roasty depth. It became the blueprint.
