About North Koffee

We opened our North Koffee because of our passion for roasting coffee that had been brewing in us for over a decade. After spending years becoming experts in the art and business of coffee, we turned our dream into reality when we opened our own roastery. Today, we are one of just a few Rhode Island-based roasters, and of even fewer still roasting by hand, and even fewer boasting all women roasters. We source the finest and most ethically grown fair trade coffee beans from around the world. When roasting, we use precise time and temperature controls to handcraft the finest blends and single origin roasts for our customers to enjoy. We are pleased to now be partnered with a growing number of green markets, retailers, and restaurants, to offer our unique koffees to their discerning customers. Our roasts are the freshest you can find – some just 24-hours old – and the highest quality even within the artisan roaster world.Read their story
