About Jeshali

Hi, I'm Jess! Owner and creator of Jeshali Designs - a jewelry business I started in 2016. I learned beading techniques from my aunt at a really young age and loved playing with the teeny tiny beads that I could turn into beautiful creations. I was making jewelry with fine detail, fun colors and finishes, and that was something I could be proud of. That was such a joy for me. Friends and family kept returning for pieces, so I thought - let's try this. After college, I decided to turn my creative outlet into a small business. Pronounced juh - zale - eee The name Jeshali was adopted from my mom's clothing and design company. The name is originally derived from a combination of my and my siblings' names. I continue the use of the Jeshali name to honor my mother's accomplishments and hard work while pursuing a vision of my own. I was born and raised in Vermont, and I love living here with my partner, dog (Klaus), and cat (Rue). Together, we enjoy spending time outdoors (yes, our cat has an outdoor cat tent). Outside of animal loving, we boat, swim, hike, walk, ski, xc ski, skin, play yard games, go to concerts, and love supporting local through dinner dates and drinks out. When I have free time, I enjoy learning a new song on the piano or guitar - but really, I just love making jewelry! Please reach out for any questions & thanks for the visit!
