About Katie & Company

Hi, I'm Katie, founder of Katie and Company. We are a small, family owned and operated business based in Northern Wisconsin. All items are custom engraved, just for you, in my workshop, then handpacked by myself or a member of my family. We take pride in choosing high quality items for our business, and try to keep our costs as low as possible, to pass the savings onto you. All designs are either original to us or have been purchased with a commercial license. Our insulated drinkware are all rated to keep drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 12, unless noted in the item description. Since we laser engrave each item, you don't need to worry about images and logos peeling or fading from the item....it's there for the life of the product! Knowing that shipping fees eat up large chunk of most business' profit, we do everything possible to ship orders in the most inexpensive way possible. We do not charge a handling fee or any added costs for shipping supplies. BUT, we do insure every package we send out. If you have a specific request for shipping, please let us know. If you are looking for a theme, saying or design that is not listed, send us a message! We are working hard on getting designs posted, but know that we can't do it all immediately. If there's something you're looking for, we'll make it a priority to get it listed. As always, we will not use any copyrighted designs or sayings unless we receive rights to do so. Read their story
