Allison crafted a drink syrup in her kitchen with ingredients on hand: fruit, pure cane, and water. This homemade cranberry syrup delivered a spectacular soda-cran, and sure enough, an exceptional vodka-cran. The craft cocktail world was exploding when Allison introduced her brand Fruitations® to retailers at The NY Fancy Food Show. She soon began delivering her syrups from the trunk of her car to restaurants throughout Greater Boston. Cranberry, Grapefruit & Tangerine were followed by Cherry, developed for Crate & Barrel; Ginger, crafted for Compass Box Whisky’s national Penicillin cocktail program, and most recently Key Lime.
