About Terre Francescane

Terre Francescane, based in Umbria, produces Italian extra virgin olive oil, DOP Umbria, single-varietal and organic, together with high-quality single-portion condiments since 1639. Since 2022 our portfolio has also included the newly launched “Olio di Roma” IGP. Our clientele includes Michelin-starred restaurants and celebrity chefs such as Carlo Cracco, Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Bruno Barbieri, Enrico Bartolini and the Englishman Jason Atherton. Selected by celebrities such as Kylie Minogue. We are present in niche markets such as the historic Milanese gastronomia PECK, EATALY and Duty Free shops, with a widespread presence in 15 Italian airports and on board airlines. Present in the first four editions of MasterChef Italy, with appearances also on Hell’s Kitchen Italy and Cuochi d’Italia in 2021. Present in 2022–23 on Giallo Zafferano. Our company manages 70% clean energy from renewable sources. Quality certifications: ISO 9001, IFS Food and BRCGS. In autumn 2023 the farm planted over 7,500 new olive trees with an underground irrigation system that results in significant water savings.
