Tracy the designer and founder of below Houston started in 2018 out of her apartment in Delray Beach, Florida. What began as a personal desire for accessories that aligned with her style, Tracy started hand-making bags with the chic edge she was looking for. Before moving to Florida Tracy spent most of her life and career in new york city working in the fashion industry. It was in NYC that she formed the edgy aesthetic style that she brings to you in her designs.
