About Small Mountain Studios

Hello there, I’m Serina! I have wandered the United States most of my life, but I am now calling southwest Washington home. As a medium, glass has  captivated my interest for quite some time, but it wasn't until late 2019 I was introduced to the experience of off-hand glass blowing in  Vancouver, Washington at Firehouse Glass. Fast forward and this passion has helped afford a completely new lifestyle as an artist with keeping sight as a disciplined craftsman in a medium that demands technique. I am always striving to continue my education, perfect skills and embrace inspiration and creativity as much as possible. In late 2022 I was honored to attend Pilchuck Glass School and participate almost monthly in the Vancouver Art Walk while working in multiple different facilities including Esque studios, Firehouse and Local Art Glass. I look forward to being more involved in the community and seeing more joy thanks to the influence of my work.
