About Soulful Scrubs

Soulful Scrubs was created in Perth, Australia with one simple idea: healthcare workers deserve colour, joy and personality in their uniforms. The brand began when founder and designer Charlotte Lowery saw a colleague wearing fun scrubs at work. At the time, Charlotte was studying art therapy and learning about the powerful effects colour can have on mood, energy and wellbeing. She started to wonder why hospital uniforms were so often dull and lifeless, especially in environments where both healthcare workers and patients are under stress. Using her background in illustration and surface pattern design, Charlotte created her first pair of vibrant printed scrubs — designed to bring a sense of positivity back into healthcare spaces. Today, Soulful Scrubs is known for its bold, colourful prints and uplifting designs that help healthcare workers express their personality while they care for others. Each print is designed by Charlotte herself and inspired by colour psychology, creativity and the belief that small moments of joy can make a big difference in demanding work environments.
