Relocated to Philadelphia from Brooklyn, Teresa Kahres studied jewelry and metal smithing in upstate New York. Pursuing a career in jewelry, she went on to work for fine jewelers in NYC. Her own line, t.kahres jewelry, is a melding of her artistic background and fine jewelry skill set consisting of pieces that are organic, yet timeless. Her jewelry is heavily inspired by the places she's lived and traveled. Influenced by her love of nature, Teresa uses recycled metal and conflict-free stones throughout her line to support sustainable fashion.
