During a major health scare while attending University- 400 miles away from the nearest family member- I turned to herbal remedies and folk medicine to heal my ill body and mind. Among meditative practices, conscious living, and herbal remedies, I found a way to cope until answers came. After surgery, graduation, and a long healing process, I created a lifestyle brand from my own experience with chronic pain.
