I have been making dog treats for my own boys for about 15 years. My boy Sarge had bad food allergies in a time when food allergies were not well known. It took me about 6 months of research to find a food that he could eat. We adopted Tank shortly after and that poor guy had food allergies also. We got him on Sarge's food and got his system under control also. These boys were not getting treats so I went on the hunt for treats that didn't have chicken or ingredients I couldn't pronounce. I failed in this task so I came home and started making them sweet potato and banana treats. Fast forward to March of 2017 when we adopted Bear. This guy didn't like sweet potatoes and banana so I had to find a good local farm that had meat that I approved of. In November 2017 I told my husband I was going to start a business making hormone free, steroid free and organic dog treats. I launched my business February of 2018 and have grown quickly. Bear's Bites offers a large variety of dog treats and cat treats and also a whole dog food. Read their story
