Palm Bites was founded in 2019 by Mustafa, who created the brand to bring purpose back to his father after a forced retirement. Inspired by their family’s childhood in Baghdad—where dates harvested from their yard were a daily staple and cherished gift—Palm Bites transforms that tradition into gourmet, natural date treats infused with chocolate and nuts. Our product family has since blossomed. In addition to our signature date creations, we’ve expanded into the world of the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar, available in an array of inventive flavors like Pistachio, Lotus Biscoff, Pecan Caramel, and more.
