Hi! I’m Ariel, the owner and designer behind Violet & Hawthorn. In a world filled with harsh chemicals and fast fashion, I wanted something safer and more meaningful for my own kids. That’s what inspired me to start sewing children’s clothing, pieces that are gentle on their skin, thoughtfully made, and built to last. It brought me so much joy to see my little ones wearing something beautiful, handmade, and made with care. Sewing and creating have always been my passions, but when I learned more about how clothing materials can impact our health and the environment, everything clicked. I knew this was what I was meant to do-make clothing that protects our kids and celebrates slow, intentional living. Every piece is handmade with love in small batches, designed for comfort, durability, and everyday play.
