Hi! I'm Ariel, and I am the owner and designer at Violet & Hawthorn. In a world where we are constantly surrounded by toxic chemicals, it's important to me that my kids are safe from harmful chemicals. That's why I started making organic children's clothing for my own little ones, and quickly realized how much joy it brought me—and them!—to see them in something that was not only beautiful but also safe for them. I have always loved sewing and being creative, so when I found out about how toxic conventional cotton clothing is, it was like a light bulb went off in my head: this is exactly what I want to do with my life! It's not just about being eco-friendly—it's about protecting our kids from harmful chemicals that can affect their health for years after they wear those clothes.
