Once upon a time, I found myself at rock bottom, struggling with addiction and mental health issues. I knew I needed to make a change and prioritize my sobriety and self-care. Through therapy, support groups, and a solid self-care routine, I was able to turn my life around and find peace and happiness within myself. As a way to spread positivity and encouragement to others on their own journey to sobriety and mental well-being, I began creating stickers with empowering messages and reminders to practice self-care. These stickers serve as daily affirmations, reminding those who use them that they are strong, resilient, and capable of overcoming any obstacle. Each design is carefully crafted with love and intention, inspired by my own experiences and the lessons I've learned along the way. Whether it's a gentle reminder to take a deep breath, a mantra to stay strong in moments of temptation, or a message of self-love and acceptance, these stickers are a tangible reminder that self-care and sobriety are worth fighting for.
