Mandy’s Mood Foods hot sauce is always hand made using many ingredients from local farmers. Many of our ingredients come to us directly from local suppliers completely raw and as fresh as possible. Once here I peel, clean, cook, puree, and smoke as needed to ensure that every batch of our artisanal hot sauce brings the flavor. All of our flavors enjoy a depth of flavor not present in “over-the-counter” hot sauces. The flavors are truly unique and have a depth of flavor unheard of with hot sauces. While we say we make hot sauce, many of our customers have excitedly reported to us that they have used our sauces as marinades, for Bar-B-Qing and much more.
